Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in the same way. In this policy "cookies" covers both.

2. Why Vantis Guard uses them

We use cookies to keep you securely signed in, protect your account and payments, and remember your settings. With your permission we may also use optional cookies to understand how the website is used.

3. Necessary cookies

These are required for the website and app to work securely and cannot be switched off. They do not need your consent.

4. Analytics cookies

Vantis Guard does not currently use any analytics cookies or services. If we add them, they will stay off until you choose to allow Analytics, and this policy will list them.

5. Marketing cookies

Vantis Guard does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, pixels or trackers. If we add them, they will stay off until you choose to allow Marketing.

6. Third-party cookies

The only third party that may set cookies is Stripe, our payment provider, when you open a checkout page. These are necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention. Map tiles and fonts are loaded from external servers but do not set cookies through our website.

7. Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops optional cookies from being used on later page loads, and we remove optional cookies we set where technically possible. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, though this will sign you out.

Open at any time, or use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.
